Shipping Policy for SouqElan

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order is processed and ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • International shipping is not available at the moment. We will notify customers if shipping to additional regions becomes available.

3. Shipping Methods

SouqElan offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for select products and locations).

The available shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and the total weight of the order. You can view the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping: SouqElan offers free standard shipping on orders over AED 200 within the UAE. Conditions may apply.

5. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days from the date of order processing.

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from the date of order processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, availability of the product, and courier service.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order's status through the courier's website or by using the tracking information provided.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to locations within the UAE.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

SouqElan is not responsible for packages damaged during transit, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping issues. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

10. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
